How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website. If you've misplaced the tracking email, don't worry! Simply click the "Chat" button at the bottom of your screen and click "Track my Order", which will prompt you to enter your order # and email. If you're still having trouble, ask for help in the Chat and we'll be happy to provide you with your tracking details.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the Chat feature. If we have not yet shipped your order, we would be happy to accommodate your request.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost:
We are happy to offer our customers FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. Domestic orders $59 and over, except for certain items. (Subject to change). For orders under $59, a flat fee of $5.50 is applied.
Processing time:
Our standard processing time (from when you place your order to when we ship your order) is typically 1-5 business days, subject to our current order volume.
Your order may ship as soon as the same/next day, though we cannot make any guarantees unless expedited / rush processing is added to your order.
Shipping Time:
Actual time in transit (from when we ship your order to when you receive it) will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and is the sole responsibility of the shipping provider.
Our preferred shipping service for US orders is USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Ground Advantage (depending on total order weight). Tracking is provided for all orders.
Expedited Shipping Options:
You may have the option to purchase expedited shipping at checkout at carrier-calculated rates (typically USPS Express Mail). Packages shipped via Express Mail often have a 1-2 day transit time, as opposed to 1-5 with standard shipping methods.
We do our best to prioritize processing orders with expedited shipping and, in most cases, will process and ship those orders the same or the next business day. However, we cannot guarantee a specific processing time unless expedited / rush processing is added to your order.
Carrier Delays:
While rare and unfortunate, we cannot be responsible for carrier delays as they are out of our control. This refers to a package that is eventually delivered but encounters an in-transit delay which causes a later-than-expected delivery date.
Package returned to sender:
If the carrier returns the package to us because it was unsuccessfully delivered, please contact us so we can provide a replacement shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for an insufficient address provided at checkout (i.e., missing Apt. #, other incorrect details) or if the recipient refuses the package at delivery.
We will use our discretion for any additional shipping charges to reach a fair and reasonable outcome.
Package lost or damaged during shipment:
In the rare event the carrier deems the package lost, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help rectify the issue and send a replacement. We reserve the right to verify the package was lost using carrier tracking and any other methods available.
You may be required to provide verification of the incident to our shipping insurance provider to support the claim. For damage claims, you should be prepared to provide photo evidence of the damaged goods and the packaging they arrived in.
3. Digital Downloads
I purchased a digital product. How do I download it?
Your digital files will be available to download momentarily after you place a successful order containing a digital product. You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email containing the download link. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. You can contact us with any return questions at support@mediteawellness.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
In the case of items received that fall under "damages and issues", we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you have the option for the following at no additional cost:
Receive a replacement of your original order.
Receive a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
